My tan looked okay. I would recommend that if you were to start going there to go frequently because there are hidden fees similar to a bank. You have to make it worth all the money that they charge. The staff isn't very helpful, though they seem to try.

I like this Tan Fastic. The facility is clean and looks very nice inside. Their service is quick and they have a variety of packages and lotions to choose from. My only issue is the staff is not very friendly. Whenever I come in their is a sewing circle of girls chatting with friends that I don't think even work there and I have to wait for them to finish their conversation before I can be waited on. I feel like I'm interrupting when I come in most of the time. But, other than that I have no reason to think about going anywhere else. This place is convenient for me and I wish it wasn't so busy all the time.

I have visited alot of different tanners in town and Tanfastic is by far my favorite. The staff is always so friendly. If I am having a bad day and go into tan they always cheer me up. They are always so informative and helpful too! By far the best in customer service, equipment, and lotions around!

I was a member of Tan-Fastic for over 6 years having the club membership automatically taken from my MasterCard. In the last 6 years I only tanned an average of 10-20 times a year. I didn't want to close my membership because I would loose the club price I was paying plus I wanted to go more but never managed to do it. In February my transfer from my personal account to my business account was late and the payment was declined. I went into the salon the next day to pay it and was told I would be charged a $25 fee. A fee for a declined credit card? I would also loose my club price. So I decided to cancel the membership and was told I would still have to pay for the month even though it was only a day into it and I had not tanned since October.I called the management office and was treated like a low life. I asked to speak to the person in charge and I was suppose to get a return call. It never happened. If they treat a 6 year loyal customer like a low life then I hate to see how they treat a new customers.

UPDATE: I received a call for the owner who was VERY apologetic for my poor treatment. Because of this issue he has added a new membership that will give you 30 days to pay before you are charged a fee. I am changing my rating from a 1 to a 4. I feel they have more work to do but the owner seems determined to improve and will handle complaints himself so what has happened to me will not be a repeated.
