Decent store. I've never gotten them to price match anything, though. In fact, I've had a store manager tell me that it was against their policy to price match. It's not an issue most of the time, though. Generally, their prices are $3-5 cheaper than most other places with similar merchandise, at least when it comes to entertainment media (movies, games, sometimes CD's)
Some of their salespeople are very knowledgeable, and are not afraid to steer you to a cheaper computer system if you need only the CPU and don't need the full package.
Overall, this is a decent place to shop. The Rewards program, while not as good as similar programs at Media Play, is till a nice incentive to make big-ticket purchases at Best Buy.

My husband is a major dvd and cd collector. He could spend hours in this store browsing the merchandise that they have to offer.
Not only do they have a good selection of merchandise, but they are generally priced below web site offers.

From computer parts to home theatres, this place is where you need to go for one stop shopping. They match and beat local competitors, so Best "Buy" really puts it's money where it's mouth is! Awesome staff and great return policy.
PROS:
CONS: Multiple Rebates can be confusing.
