The staff at Woodland Gardens are very responsible and customer service oriented. They have twenty four hour maintenance. The apartments are very old and outdated, but they are comfortable. The price reflects what you get very well. They are definitely the cleanest apartment complex in Royal Oak. You are bound to make a friend or two with the friendly tenants. Nice over all.
