North Bloomfield Properties

Not a good idea to rent from. I own several properties which I rent and my work leads to long term leases out of town. So I have perspective from both the homeowners side and the tenants side. I would never again work with NBP. They are unmatched in terrible service, tenant treatment, and service requests. Do yourself a favor and make the smart decision and look elsewhere.

I am very disappointed with NORTH BLOOMFIELD PROPERTIES. I signed a year lease with them on Saturday and i was called on Monday and told not to move in by the signing agent because of what a neighbor said. I requested a refund and that has been unsuccessful as of today. I will never recommend anyone to this agency.The problem is they have my money and possession of the home that I have a lease on. I gave nearly $3000.00. The problem I have with them is they have my money and their rental home which has never been taken off the market even after I signed the lease.This is Robbery committed without a weapon.I must take them to small claims court to get my money returned but in the meantime they have my money so I am looking at becoming homeless thanks to North Bloomfield Properties.The agent was so concerned about getting her cut and dispersing my agent her cut instead of being fair and honest with the situation.May God have mercy on all robbers and crooks. Please check out the agent and the agency thoroughly before you give a penny for their property.

I am a homeowner and I thought it necessary to let everyone know of my experience with North Bloomfield Properties! I have had them as a property management company for a number of years, and couldn't be happier. I know how hard it is to find good tenants and I know sometimes you just get a "bad one" but the staff at NBP has been informative, courteous and very effective in their work. I would recommend them to anyone! It sickens me to see all the negativity in the world, so I wanted to make sure that I let people know that I appreciate North Bloomfield Properties!!

From the first time I spoke with my agent, I was impressed by the professionalism and respect shown in his demeanor. The entire transaction of getting my home lease took only THREE days! I felt very comfortable with the background check that was implemented by North Bloomfield Properties. I will not hestiate to refer this company to my friends and family. Thanks
