When you sign in at the service desk, they require you commit to a 280.00 inspection fee, regardless of any work preformed or not.I was told they could/would locate water leaks in my Motor Home water supply system. in advance. Because of the below freezing weather the requirement was to leave the motor home inside over night . After an hour looking at the job they decided not to help as they were too busy. Mind you I DID have an appointment.I tried to work with them, I was willing to leave the coach with them and they could find the leaks as they had time. No that was not good enough for the service Person I dealt with and was told to leave the dealership , after of coarse I payed the 280.00 fee even though they could not help or refused to help with my problem.

These people are out to rip off the unknowing customer, that there is little doubt about.. The rude nature of the lady in charge was not helpful ether. I complained to their manager in charge, was only given lip service. He did say the woman in the service department needed better skills in dealing with the public and would try to improve in the future, which , there will not be any future for this very unhappy customer. Buyer beware to anyone crossing the door of this company !

We purchased a 2007 Fleetwood E3 pop up camper from these guys and have had it just over 1 year.
Some how one of the screens had gotten tore while it was sitting opened in between weekends.
Know idea how it happened but Hilltop would not help at all. Denise in Service was rude and uncooperative.
We also wanted to deal with Scott Cormier our salesman directly but he wanted nothing to do with it instead he had us deal with a different customer service girl named Michelle.
Of course she was OK because she new we were upset with there decision to do nothing at all.
When there trying to make a sale they lie to you and don't do what they say I would not recommend them to anyone.
You would think they would at least contact fleetwood to see if they would help out with the situation but no.
Basically once its off there lot its your problem now.
We also have a problem with the cieling bubbleing, Do you think they will do anything about that! No they want pictures. How do you get pictures of a white ceiling with bubbles on to show up in a photo? Good luck right. Not going to happen.
Again don't waste your time with these guys once your off the lot thats it your just a sale and they want nothing more to do with you.
