I love this drycleaners. I depend on them for everything, from getting out wine stains on my evening dresses to making sure I look great for work. I don't know why the other reviewer had such a hard time with alterations. I take in pants for hemming all the time, and have never had a problem. They are also great with cleaning tablecloths and winter jackets. I would recommend them to everyone!

The location for this cleaners is great - it's right next to Busch's, Domino's, and Blockbuster on S. Main. The people who work make me feel like I'm not just another customer walking in, and when I need a favor (need clothes cleaned right

Have not had any issues with dry cleaning although it is pricey. However, NEVER take alterations here. I took two pairs of pants here to get shortened. On the first try, both pairs of pants were much too long. I took the pants back and explained that I had them altered at Iris Dry Cleaners and that they were too long and that I would like them fixed. When I went to pick up the fixed pants, I was charged $28, on top of the $28 I originally paid. I talked to the owner and she said because I did not say they were a "redo" I would need to pay. Apparently, the woman with whom I spoke on the prior visit did not understand that the pants were originally altered there. There is a language barrier as she is foreign and does not speak much English. When I explained this to the owner, she still required that I pay the additional charge.

When I got home and tried on the now twice-altered pants, one pair was way too short, showing close to an inch between the bottom of the pants and the start of my shoes. I again went back to Iris Dry Cleaners and spoke to the owner. She told me the pants I brought were not the ones that she altered and said she would not fix the pants without an additional charge. So I am out $56 for one pair of pants that fits and one that I will need to get fixed at another shop. Disappointed with my experience and will never go back to Iris Dry Cleaners.

Pros: Dry cleaning is okay

Cons: Alterations and customer service are horrible
