The Quest is home to many of Minneapolis' national tour shows but also caters to local acts and many programs such as dance, techno, and hip hop showcases. It seems like it could be slightly cleaner and the sound seems WAY to loud.

PROS: Great booking
CONS: PA is far too loud

this is definitely the place to be for you party peopel. the atmosphere is amazing, it has many levels. The music played here is compareable to First Avenue's but there are lots of international djs that perform. Price is a little bit more but the club is more classy and fun.

Few people know that Minneapolis is a breeding ground for big acts. If you're an inspiring musician, the Quest is an excellent choice. Just want to see a national tour, come here!

PROS: great lineup and many mainstream acts
CONS: price, dirty, very loud

A small club that brings in both big acts and small ones as well. Although it is usually pricey the ambience and staff is generally second to none. Good place to enjoy a show.

Quest is one of my favorite night clubs not because of the bigger names they bring in (sometimes), but because of the bands that play there regularly. This club usually has pretty nice crowd (to my taste, at least), and I do like the layout. A little while ago the club had its floors redone very nice, especially if you feel like dancing. Staff is not rude and parking is pretty convenient. Ill keep coming back.

The Quest is pretty big, has two separate areas inside so two events can go on at the same time, and has a decent bar. But it's still smelly, sweaty, and sleazy. You'd think modern technology would allow us to keep the inside of a nightclub cooler than 90 degrees, but I guess not.

Depending on who's playing, you may have more fun walking around outside the club. It's in a great location.
