While they might do a decent job at web design, they should not be in the repair business.
Bringing my computer to them was one of the biggest mistakes I've ever made and it turned in to a very expensive experience to have the damage they did repaired. They held it for about a month after giving me one excuse after another, and couldn't find a very basic problem, even after I told them where to look. When I was finally able to get it back out of their hands, I brought it to a reputable place in town and the problem was diagnosed in minutes and fully repaired in less than a day. After talking to a few other people with experiences at Ezsmooth, apparently almost everyone needs a new motherboard (one of the costliest parts), which was what they told me, even though that part was just fine and I am typing from the computer with that same motherboard as we speak.
