If you have been frustrated as I have trying to find a tech to do pink and white sculps in a competent manner, you HAVE to go see Peter at E Nails downtown on Nicollet Mall. (NOTE - it is at 950 S. 9th, not 6th street as listed here) After having great pink and whites on the West Coast and being very frustrated here, I now have a BEAUTIFUL set of well-shaped, correct proportion, nice pink color nails. They do other nails as well. It is clean, they speak English and I HIGHLY recommend this place!
