I've purchased 2 Civic's from Walser Honda in the last 5 years and I can honestly say both experiences were by far the best. I had a tremendous amount of anxiety over trading in my last Civic both for personal reasons and because this was the first time I was purchasing a car all by myself. I had the opportunity to work with Jesse Rimpala and he is the greatest! Jesse was professional, honest, kind and extremely patient with me. I could not have asked to work with a better sales rep than Jesse. He listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect car for me. He made sure I checked out all of the possibilities that were available so I was confident with the decision I was making. I never once felt any pressure. I think one of the other great parts about my experience is that Jesse helped me feel at ease right from the beginning so I knew I was in good hands and could trust him to help me. Walser offered me a very fair price for the trade-in on my Civic too. Everything about my experience from beginning to end was flawless. The next time I am in need of purchasing a car I will definitely ask for Jesse and I won't purchase from anyone else but Walser Honda...guaranteed!

3 days or 300 hundred miles" is a marketing trick. If you buy a car from Walser and you find out the car needs work after you drove it off the lot - 1. They will not fix it 2. If you bring that car back and get another one - you are stuck with the second choice regardless of what the problems might be. The policy ONLY applies to the first car (even if you bring it within the three days of the purchase of the 1st car). So technically it's like a lottery and if the second ticket doesn't win - you are out of luck. I have taken the policy wording all the way up to the GM and that achieved absolutely nothing. I am not even going to tell you how many phone calls I had to go through to try to get this resolved and how nobody at Walser ever calls you back once you buy a car from them. I don't know if it has ever happened to you anywhere else but at Walser I was told by a manager that he feels there is no need to talk to me and that the issue has been resolved through one of his employees. Mind you i bought a $17000 car from them and I got to talk to the manager once. I encourage you to not buy from Walser as they fail to meet customer's needs at every step at every level once they have your money. Plenty of other dealers out there.

FYI? we're new to MN, but 45+ yr veterans when it comes to paying for automotive services. So, after having an "Exceeds Expectations" 1st experience last week when our Civic serviced at Walser Honda, we decided to bring in our Acura for routine maintenance this week. This time, I asked my spouse to join me. Why? Because, I don't think that she totally believed the description of my initial experience at Walser. So what happened? All I can say is that on the drive home, I just listened and listened ? to why we should buy our next vehicle at Walser Honda. I agree and we can??t wait :-)

I recently purchased a used 2008 Honda Accord from Walser Honda in Burnsville. This was my fourth Honda bought from this location, two since it became a Walser dealership. My wife and I have owned seven or more Honda vehicles, and two of my siblings families drive them now too. Roger Malley helped me with my most recent purchase. He was honest and straight forward when I was looking to get into an Accord, as my family was outgrowing my '07 Civic. My wife already drives a Pilot. I wanted to purchase an Accord right away, but he helped me decide to wait because he knew I really wanted a silver car with black interior. The cleanest car that was in my price, mileage and year range was gray. After convincing me to wait a couple of weeks, as their inventory moves quickly, I ended up going from looking at a '08 LX P (Premium) to purchasing an '08 EXL for only $450 more! Crazy as it seems, it looked just like the one I cut out of the catalog and pinned on my wall a month before this happened. I have had all of my service work done at Walser Honda, so I earned extra money off the purchase price with my Walser Rewards Points. Kirby and the other friendly people in the service department are always dependable to be right there when I pull in for service. The cookies, coffee, tv and several free to use computers with internet are there for you when waiting for your car to be serviced. It's a lot warmer and comfortable than when I used to get my oil changes at Jiffy Lube. Plus they wash your car! I have enjoyed the free weekly car wash with my Walser Rewards also. If I had to do it all over again, I know I would find the best prices at Walser Honda. I verified it several times when searching on carsoup.com and cars.com. Roger Malley took care of my purchase and I know I can count on Kirby and the service staff to keep my dream car going for the years ahead.

The service and communications at Walser Honda has been excellent. I received a recall notice on my 2006 Honda Odyssey for Brake Master Cylinder service and when I contacted Walser they asked when I wanted to bring it in for repair. I requested the next day and was setup for an appointment. The work was completed in a little over an hour and was all explained to me by the service advisor.
The service department and advisors have been very helpfull when we needed assistance or had questions. We will continue to use Walser for all service on our 2009 Honda Accord and our 2006 Honda Odyssey. Thank you

I love my new honda from Walser Honda and the entire staff was more than accomodating. My husband and I shopped almost every Honda dealer within the twin cities and found the pricing and service to be first rate! We will be back and would reccomend them to anyone who wants to save time and money. The no haggle part was great.

I recently purchased a 2005 Honda Pilot from Walser Honda of Burnsville. I had checked out vehicles on Craigslist and on Walsers website and found that Walser had the best prices. My reason for having to purchase a new vehicle was due to an accident and I was dreading dealing with having to shop for a new car but let me tell you Bill Shultheis, Larry Flaa and Neng Lee made that experience a pleasure. I bought my Honda from this location and the particular salesman I had was just fine. The problem I had is with the service department.

I brought my car in for a small oil leak (very minor). The same day they fixed it and said I could pick it up in the evening, which I did however the next day the oil leak was much worse (a large oil spot on my driveway). I had to bring it back in to have them fix it. Although it was fixed the second time I then noticed that the portable navigation system I bought and stored in the center consul was gone along with my ipod charger. No one other than my partner and I used the car and it had been there when we dropped it off earlier. When we called the dealership about this they said that no one employed with them would do that. That was all the help we got from them.

I would never go to this location again, nor would i recommend the service department to anyone.

Excellent sales people. We went looking for cars and although we didn't purchase a honda, the sales people were all very friendly and didn't hassle us. They had a very hands off approach, which was nice.

We were able to test drive several different models, both used and new. There were several different styles available on the lots and we were told they could get us any honda vehicle we liked within less than one week!
