One of, or possibly the worst retail experience of my life. On my initial visit I told the salesman I am standing up in a wedding and need a specific suit. I had the sku number as well as all relevant information. Repeatedly, he tried to upsell me on a completely different suit. Naturally, he then proceeded to sell me for add-ons ie shirt, shoes etc.; which is fine, except I told him prior I have all those things and still, tried to sell me on them. With a lack of options, I proceeded to purchase to the suit from them b/c this is where the groom selected the attire from. The only thing missing from this scenario was a plaid sport coat and a parking lot of used cars. My last visit for final alterations was even worse. While on the phone with the groom-to-be, I asked if he wanted the pants to be cuffed and he replied "no". Obviously, the salesman standing right beside me heard the conversation, or so I assumed. I got the suit back and sure enough, there were cuffs. Here I am a few days from leaving for the wedding and still not even a call back from the manager after I called to complain. If this form didn't require to put at least one star I wouldn't have. In fact, I'd give it negative stars. Worst ever!
