Sue is a joke and the worst with customer service. I've had two very negative experiences - three if you count their price gouging. I brought in clothes to have done before I went on a trip. They promised me I'd have the clothes on a Thursday. When I went to pick them up, they said, "Sorry, says Thurs. on the ticket but we put it in the Friday pile." Then Sue made me make a special trip back the next day on my way to the airport to pick up the clothes..no offer to bring them to me, which would have been good customer service since they screwed up.

Second incident - brought in new suit trousers to have cuffs put in. This was evidently over Sue's head. She took about 20 minutes to fit me for length (the ONLY alteration, which normally takes 20 minutes to finish the sewing anywhere else!). I confirmed multiple times that I wanted cuffs. She told me it would take a WEEK to get the pants back. I said, "Are you sure? Most people do cuffs in a day." She insisted a week. I then get a NASTY voice mail 4 days later from some employee saying, "If you want these pants back by Friday you better call us and tell is if you want cuffs or not, because you didn't tell us." I very politely called back and told the employee I told sue MULTIPLE times I wanted cuffs. Then, I got another call the FOLLOWING day from Sue asking if I wanted cuffs! I told her NOT TO TOUCH MY PANTS that I was going to take them somewhere else. When I went in to pick them up, I told them lost a customer forever because they couldn't handle something as simple as cuffs.

These people are rude, have no concept of customer service, don't do what they say they are going to do, and should go out of business. Not to mention how ungodly expensive they are. I'm so angry at their arrogance that I will be putting flyers in every building near her 1st street location to warn them off. They need to be driven out of business.

I took one shirt their once and it was way more expensive than any place I'd ever taken something. I'll never go back. Seems like they are trying to take advantage of the many people who live in this neighborhood.

CONS: high prices.
