I have taken me and my wife's vehicles here a few times and have just always been dissatisfied and this last time was the the last straw. I took my car in to get the coolant flushed and BP called me up and said I needed a new radiator because it was leaking. When I went to pay and decide what we were going to do I then asked how bad was it leaking? The mechanic said a small drip and I said I would just fill it up as needed for now (I wanted to see for myself). Ever since I left that day I have not seen a drop of coolant drip onto the ground. In the past I got a sense I was getting "recommended" changes that were not yet needed and now I know my hunch was correct. I will not go to this service shop anymore, period.
I took my car to this place and they fixed my car the same day!
I didn't know what was wrong with my car and it turned out to be
a much smaller problem. This place actually told me how I
save money and told me to only get my brake rotors and
pads shaved instead of replaced.
They also recommended some maintenance, but they didn't pressure me into the extra work.
I decided to look around for the maintenance and then wound
back up at this same shop for the same money as anywhere else.
The difference is in the customer service.
This Amaco is like going to your family, the peopel who work there are so very friendly & the service is great! they have both full serve & self service , they also do work on vehicles, offer coupons that some quarterly for car specials. I have been going to this Amaco for over 20 years, I love it!
