Arthur's Formal Wear

We used Arthur's Formal Wear for my son's prom. The staff was helpful when we went to try on tuxes, but they seem to have been understaffed. Their selection is good and they keep the tuxedos there, so that is an advantage. I feel they were just average, though. Nothing special and they definitely didn't go above and beyond to make sure we returned.

Although the tux's were very nice, the service was not. They hung a suit jacket on the door to my husband's fitting room, he naturally got into his tux pants and dress shirt, went to grab the jacket and there was no employees around to help. He saw that a suit jacket that matched his suit was hung on the door (3 or 4 other guys from the same wedding party were there at the same time). He tried on the jacket on his door, and proceeded to get "chewed out" by the employee for doing so. She said that they have a "system" and that he should not have tried the jacket on without telling her. He said, "well, it was on my door, so I thought it was mine. Guess not.
