Metro Classic Homes Inc

We closed on our house a year ago and as much as people say "building a house is a nightmare" we would knock this house down and call Metro Classic to build it again!!!! Our house is a dream come true and the people that work there are wonderful!!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants to build a house with an experienced, company that knows you by name, not just your checkbook!!!

We were fogged over with lie after lie from the employees that worked with Metro just to get us to close a deal. Our closing was changed three time by them because of various "reasons" they say. Then when our buyers for our previous home fell through at the last minute (we ended up closing 5 days later) we were made out to be crooked and awful and treated like the dirt on the bottom of their shoes. The owners wife actually told me that if I told anyone about my bad experience, she would sue me of slander. I told all of my neghbors, not only to find that several of them have taken Metro Classic Homes to court (where Metro didn't even show up) and WON!

PROS: Quality for the price
CONS: Employees need customer service training
