I have always been a bargain shopper, and never even considered going to a meat shop because I assumed that the prices would be high for the same product as what the grocery store carried for less. BOY WAS I WRONG! Everything I have purchased from Shwiky meats has been far SUPERIOR to the grocery store, and very reasonably priced! The hamburger is so lean there is hardly any fat in the pan after you fry it. My FAVORITE is the Bistro's they make Oh my they are absolutley TO DIE FOR! I LOVE them. A Bistro is a marinated steak wrapped in bacon. This steak is about $6.99 a pound, but tastes just like a FILET MIGNON! I can't belive it.
