Expected me to wait at airport for 1.75 hours for a shuttle after flight was delayed, and refused a refund. Verbally abusive customer service!!!

I arrived 10 minutes late because of a flight delay. The shuttle left without me, which is understandable. However, I received a voicemail saying that the next available shuttle would be almost 2 hours later, getting me home at 1:15am! I called customer service multiple times to see what could be done and only got a messaging machine. I decided to take a taxi since I had to get home.

Two days later when I called to ask for a refund, the manager quickly became irate. I had to ask him several times to stop yelling at me and let me speak. He was extremely rude and abusive. I was very upset by his belligerent and angry manner. Customers should never be yelled at, period.

He was SO mean! I paid $30 and was hit with a 1.75hr wait at the airport, and a belligerent manager who almost made me cry.
