Food is okay, service needs improvement

Not quite as good as other Mexican restaurants in the area. The chips and salsa are okay. It took a long time to get drinks ordered and delivered. The food was okay. I would come back if other Mexican restaurants down the street were closed.

Chula Vista is filling

We have had hit and miss experiences at Chula Vista. The decor is fun if not a little neglected. The margaritas are good and affordable. The portions are decent. Sometimes the service is a little lacking.
