Cluttered, dirty, odd merchandise, pushy sales people, dogs in the showroom. I was looking for contemporary furniture but this was unbelievable. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

The store is messy, but we got a good deal for what we wanted. They told us it would take 6 - 8 weeks. It took 6 months! They didn't call us to tell us what was going on. We had to hunt them down.

When it arrived, the item was completely wrapped when we went to pick it up. This obviously deters the buyer from inspecting it. When we brought it home, we wound up with a big chip in the corner of our furniture and Rosenthal's said we were out of luck since it left the store.

Yes, we should have forced them to unwrap the item, but let's face it, you look like and feel like an ass when you do this. Still, I recommend to anyone buying from them not to let them wrap your furniture. If so, make them unwrap it on site.

Walking into the store I wasn't sure what to expect but it is very large and definitely not what I thought. This furniture store is very different and is mainly contemporary style. It is fun to look at and the prices are pretty reasonable.
