I have the worst service I have ever had with an auto service. I have had the same part replaced 3 times within the last 4 weeks. The worst part of this is that this part worked just fine before i went into the shop. They talked me into replacing the part and now it has been nothing but trouble. I would never go back there again. Also I would like to have a protest please contact me at nld122@hotmail.com

I want to Midas to get some front end work done. They ended up replacing a part that was not broke. It didn't have anything to do with why I went in. This part ended up braking 3 times in the last 20 miles. I never had a problem before i

I went to this shop because my brakes weren't working well. It was fixed but didn't last long and started to leak a month later.

The biggest fright was that the VAN was fine before but after that it suddenly had multiple problems

Pros: Warm Room to Wait

Cons: Everything is diagnosed.

recently had my oil changed on my car at this Midas shop on White Bear Ave. in St. Paul. The next day after the oil change I noticed a significant oil leak under my car. Previously, my car had not leaked at all. I brought it back and asked them about it and they said the bolt on the oil pan "wore out" and said i needed a new oil pan and gasket...$700 estimate. Plus they tried to sell me on a sway bar kit and new brakes...UNREAL! The next day I took my car to another shop and they asked who changed the oil last. The mechanic at this shop was sure that midas overtorqued the bold causing the problem and it was completely stripped, causing oil to leak out. And to fix the problem, They needed to put a new bolt in ($40 total repair cost). So, not only did this Midas shop nearly ruin my engine, but once i brought it back to them to confront them, they tried taking me for a ride! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The manager, Ted, I've had a few conversations about this topic and he is straight up dishonest and a glorified con artist.

At first, I really liked this shop.. it's close to my house and I don't have to sit and wait. I can drop my car off and walk home. I took my car to this shop for an oil change and similar to another customer, I was taken for a ride....

This place has a nasty habit of trying to perform work that is unnecessary. There work is OK, but in my last two visits there, I had to decline costly extras that I knew were not necessary. Example: $1000 in brake work only weeks after I had a complete brake job done elsewhere. This was in response to a tire rotation to correct a wheel wobble (loose lug nuts).

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, THEY TRY TO SELL YOU THINGS YOU DONT NEED, THEY DO A DECENT JOB , BUT CAN GET IN TROUBLE IF THEY DONT SELL YOU , MORE THAN YOU NEED
