in my opinion this dealership didnt deliver what we came for ,our lease was very high ,not transparent and the car c300 2013 was small for our need ,ones you put the car seat there is no room for the driver and for the kids ,not happy at all ,poor customer service and not recommended ,we end up with huge negative equity and fat payment on the lease ,small car less options and we going alswhere in the future.

I have had my GLK for just over one year. During that time there have been two instances in which I needed a headlight replaced, one during which I had a windshield replaced, another when I had some minor cosmetic touchup work done, and finally I had the B-service interval taken care of. On those occasions I always sought out John Pfeiffer to work with - as he had helped me with the first headlight replacement. This is not to detract from any other fine service employees - but John was so competent, helpful, factual, and polite - that I felt no need to work with anyone else - he took care of everything while I waited with an excellent cup of coffee, a cookie, and on Thursdays a massage. Every time, the car was returned cleaned and fixed and I was on my way - no fuss, no waiting, no hassles - heck, I even look forward to going to Feldmann Imports just for the nice and friendly (but not falsely pretentious) atmosphere. From the first day I bought my Mercedes - I have never regretted the decision to go with these guys - and John is among the excellent reasons why this is so. And in another year or two, during which I expect I will receive the same excellent service, I'll buy another one. I've found the right make and dealership - and I want for nothing in this regards - what more can I say?

We have bought two cars (almost 3) from Feldmann. One Nissan & one Mercedes ML350.

Greg Clark is a fantastic salesman. There is no pressure to buy, but he outlines, guides, and assists you with a great degree of professionalism and courtesy in your buying process.

He is very easy to talk to, always friendly, and displays great knowledge about the cars, financing, and other terminology. He also works as hard as he can to get the price to be fair to myself (the consumer).

Don't hesitate to talk to Greg when you go in! He's the best.

As always the Nissan service is impeccable. Service Advisor Richard Mize is one of the best. He gets you in and out without all the waiting and upsales. I would 100% recommend getting your Nissan serviced here and ask for Richard.

Corey, always greets us by name every time we bring our 2006 MB R350, he is always receptive to our needs, weather it is a car to use or something for our kids which accompany us sometimes. Scott Babcock at Feldmann Imports is the consummate professional but with the friendliest attitude possible. He makes car buying the fun and exciting experience it is supposed to be. Scott knows what he is talking about and treats every question you have with the greatest respect. I will not buy another Mercedes car from anyone else because Scott is all around the best.

Beyond the point of sale, Scott always takes time to greet me by name and talk with me even if I am in the dealership just to have the oil changed. His friendly and warm attitude is genuine and makes me want to buy a car even if I am not in the market for one. I cant say enough about Scott. His knowledge of and pride in the Mercedes brand is reassuring and makes the entire process of buying a great car terrific. I have recommended several of my friends to him. Scott is the best!

I didn't feel any pressure to buy from her and she was honest with all my inquiries. Once I decided on my 2012 Sentra, it was smooth sailing from there. Financing with Brandon took minutes and was SUPER easy. I just had a wonderful experience overall. I'll be stopping in to say Hi to everyone when I'm there for maintenance.

My husband and I bought our Murano from Feldmann's a couple of years ago and insist on having all of our regular service done by them! You can't go wrong with all of their perks, amenities, wi-fi and awesome customer service. We have always worked with Jennifer in the service department and she has always given us 5-star treatment. They have class and personality...unlike most other places. We will never go anywhere else.

I just had a great experience at Feldmann Nissan! I had narrowed down my search to a Toyota Sequoia. At the last moment I drove into Feldmanns and test drove an Armada, it was definitely off of my radar. I returned from my test drive with Idaliz (pronounced Eye-Dallis) and thought WOW, I had no idea it would drive so smooth, more like an Escalade. Yes, I had test driven many SUVs in my search. Anyways, the color that I thought I wanted had a beige interior. They at that moment had the one with a beige interior off the lot. The next day J.T. pulled into my driveway to show me the Armada with a beige interior. That was above and beyond, thanks J.T! Anyways, Idaliz & J.T. at Feldmann Nissan were very helpful and professional. My 4 kids now fight over the 3rd row seats....I love my NISSAN ARMADA!

Mercedes cars are expensive to maintain (properly) and car repair is often inconvenient but Feldmann's has always worked with us to make the experience as positive as possible. Repairs are explained ahead of time, costs are up front, and if we have a concern, people listen. What more can we ask for?

This year along my husband has spent over $3000 in services. To not Honor the $25 Gift Certificate that we received only a few months ago from your own Service Department, and without an expiration date, is a disservice to a good customer; not to mention bad business.

The service work that my husband plan to complete in January 2011 on his 1991 convertible Mercedes Benz, will definitely not be spent with your Service Department; and never again. That money will be used wisely with a more creditable Import / Mercedes Benz Car Services Department. I will be sure to electronically forward the word about the disreputable service your Business provides to your loyal customers.

I went to Feldmann to purchase my first new car several years ago. What a mistake! After having the vehicle for almost 2 weeks they called me and said that I would need to put more money down or return the car. Well, I returned the car. After telling people, I found out I wasn't the only one they did this to. It was their sales tactic for young buyers. It's been several years and I just purchased my 4th Mercedes and NONE have come from Feldmann. The only reason they're getting 2 stars is because their service department is quite good.
