Falls Hardware Hank

I am the third generation in my family that uses Falls Hardware they know my grandfather they know my parents and they know me. I have never been dissatisfied and probably never will. I like knowing that when I walk in I am always welcomed and can always find help. When I am at larger hardware stores it seems like I am walking around trying to find someone to help answer a question here they come to you.

They get an awesome amount of stuff into this little store, and the staff can put their hands directly on it! They can help you figure out what you need if you aren't sure, too. Amazing customer service.

We go to Falls Hardware because they are ver close to our house and the customer servuice is awesome. We rent a rug Dr. there to clean up after a messy toddler.

This is a friendly little neighborhood hardware store. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. My Dad and my sister have been in there so many times, because my sister is doing some home repairs and remodeling with my dads help, that they know them each by their first names. I feel like I can trust their suggestions. Their prices are about the same as Home Depots.
