LONGBELLA IS A SMALL TOWN STORE . its a little higher priced than most but typical of a small town store that knows that the next nearest store is 20 to 30 miles away. i noticed that the employees were quite nice, with the exception of two that were extreemly rude and short with customers, especially to the elderly. i was so digusted i had to find out there names, KIM and DEBBIE. As a writer of reviews i cannot rate this store without having a biasis opinion. Ignorance is everywere.

The pharmacist that was working while I was there went out of his way to get in touch with my physician in Minneapolis to get a Rx that I knew had been ordered but was not called into the store while I waited. He went through a great amount of effort to get the Rx for me knowing that I was not feeling well and did not want to have to drive back in to town to pick it up. Granted, the prices on some things are higher, but I am fine with that knowing that I'm supporting a local family-owned business versus a large discount store that routinely tries to put stores like Longbella's out of business.

This store is pretty typical of a small town store. The biggest draw back is that there is little to no parking for this store that is located on the middle of the block right on Highway 10. Your choices is to park on a side street and walk at least 1 block or to take your chances and park right on the highway. Being a small town store they also care a wide range of gifts and cards. They ofter mail out photo processing as well as a small line of things you would find in any drug store. The merchandise is limited and costs quite a bit more than what you would find it at a discount store such as Target or Walmart. The wait time to have a prescription can be conciderable but if you cant drive 20 to 30 miles to the next drug store whats a person to do.
I have found that the people that work in this particular store are not all that friendly.

PROS: Its obvious this is a small town when you walk into this store
CONS: Limited selection with high prices.
