Dr. Gordon and her support staff are excellent at providing avian care. I highly recommend their services. Prices are on par with other vets I've used in the past, the quality of care is top notch, and their advice has been very helpful.

The moment I brought my first dog here, I knew I would bring all my pets there. The staff was so helpful when I got my first dog and answered all my questions. There family!

I brought my dog here after he got really sick and after the visit with getting new medicine, he was back to himself within a few days.

I brought my dog in because of chronic diarrhea that had suddenly become worse. They told me my dog might have some rare disease that damages the kidneys and did hundreds of dollars of testing. I paid multiple $25 Lab Fees for this testing as well- they outsource all labwork and don't even do their own fecal flotation tests?! I had to wait days for the lab results to come back and when it finally did they didn't call me for an entire day, the entire time I was imagining the worst and thinking my dog was going to die (because they led me to believe that something very serous was wrong with her), when I FINALLY got a phone call the results were that they were unable to determine what was wrong with her. Her new vet, whom I trust, thinks she just has a very sensitive system.

I was also very uncomfortable in the clinic. I was made to wait a very long time even though I was not late for any of the appointments and the vet I saw seemed condescending towards me and as I mentioned before jumped right to the most dramatic (and unlikely) conclusion which was expensive and took a very hard emotional toll on me as well. They wanted to continue testing for obscure diseases and give my dog parasite medication even though she had tested negative for any parasites. At this point I found a new vet. I also discovered that the price they were going to charge for the medication was double what other vets in the area charge!

There are much better places to take your pet, I would not recommend this vet to anyone.
