The perfect walmart experience ! They will make you feel that they are not happy to sell the car, and if you decline their wrap warranty or do not finance with them this will amplify sucker feeling. I seriously wished if there was a self checkout.

Hello anyone,

If you are plan buy this car, don't end up like me, I found some Acura TL, I like it so I email the price to dealer, Scott email me, I call him how apply the loan, so he told me go online filled out the form and submit, after that call him. ( wow seem like I am sale man???) so I call him make sure everything ok and then he told me call the Rob ( financial Department),,so 2 hrs later I call guess what he don't even care pick up the phone after 3 times and leave message. I call Scott back and ask what going on,,he told me call again...

Ok I got it, maybe loan does not approve but atleast you let customer know what going on so he or she can get loan somewhere eles....and don't be lazy has customer do the job for you...customer the one pay for you, feed your wife, kid, pay your bill...you rather sit in nice show room or home collecting unemployment check??

I let go this time, one of sale manager has email how everything...secondly I could file law suite for Discrimination...maybe later on.

Next time if happen again I will complaint with Acura main office but before I went to dealer I will film it and put on TV ( chanel ABC, Foxnews, Kare 11) so for anyone see it.

lst visit: =money (quarters) missing from console.
2nd visit:= had early a.m. APPOINTMENT for oil change.. waited 5 hours in waiting room.
3rd visit: ="Hooked on Classics" CD missing from CD player & replaced by RACIST & NASTY CD.
