When I called to make the appointment I was caught off gaurd by the girl on the phone. she was short and did not make me seem like I was important. After a short explaination of what I needed she then made me feel like they were competeing for something.. it was kinda weird. The Techs were pushy and I felt uneasy the whole time. service was ok but not for the price.

Experienced and friendly colorists, stylists and staff. FREE hand paraffin wax treatment just for asking. Lovely salon with beautiful views of Forest Lake. Some claim it is expensive but you get what you pay for! I walk out feeling like a million bucks and get compliments on their work. Proud to be a customer.

I would say one of the scariest things about moving to a new town would be finding a local salon where you feel you belong. It took me a little while to find a parking place but immediately when I walked in the doors, I forgot my worries and the presence of the warm and welcoming people made me feel comfortable and at home. I went in for a combination of services and left with a completely different set of expectations as a customer. My service providers listened to my wants and needs and made sure I was on the same page every step of the way. The professionalism is outstanding and the view of the lake is unbelievalble. Before I left, I schedued all of my appointments through the end of next year.

Did not get what I paid for

Salon says that cut and color service include paraffin hand treatment and style. Paid for highlights and haircut and left with wet hair. Several other service issues, the staff just does not care about the customer. There are many other salons in the area with a similar price point, this one is not worth it. I voiced my concerns to the salon and received no response, guess the owners don't care any more than the staff.
