This business is a disgrace to the Mankato area. Ben Heintz has no business running his customers like this and their rates for oil changes on basic change is $40!

My grandmother went in for a oil change and came home with a locked up engine! ** Warning. **

I cannot believe this company is still in business. My wife and I have had her vehicle serviced at this dealership, found the actual serivce staff very friendly, but the service manager and owner of the company complete a-holes. Would never trust this company again if that is what their leaders are like.

We bought our car from Laurie at Heintz Toyota and that is where we have it serviced. The service department is the best. Always friendly, never any surprise services or charges.

Heintz Toyota has obviously been in business so long because of their integrity. Everyone goes out of their way to help you, whether you're there to buy a car or have it serviced. The new building is very nice, but the best part is the people.

My Corolla has been a wonderful car; but it is getting old, now at 130,000 miles. I took it in to this shop and asked them to "do everything that might need done" given the mileage and I expected a large bill. They initially had gone over what would likely need done with me prior to inspecting the car. The largest part of the bill related to replacing the timing belt.

The very friendly and helpful mechanic called me at work to apologize about being wrong on the type of engine my particular model of Corolla had and said that he didn't need to replace the timing belt because the car had a timing chain, which should never need replaced.

They could easily have charged me for that and I'd have been none the wiser! The bill was far less than expected and the car has been running great in the two years since my visit.
