Because of her expertise, my nails have been "saved"--I tell her she is a miracle worker, she maintains my natural nails despite challenges with brittle and dry conditions. Karla has taken care of my nails for about 20 years. She introduced me to LCN Gel nails which has been a very wonderful product for my nails. I love Karla. She's been doing my nails for five years. She takes nail care seriously and does a very professional job. She is great to talk to. My nails are the healthiest they've ever been. I don't have to take the time at home to worry about my nails because Karla keeps my nails looking great! I've had her do LCNs before and I love them, but am taking a break and having natural nails at this time. Her pedicures are GREAT too!
I do feel like the salon itself has one drawback and that is I sometimes feel uncomfortable and sort of get "looks" from some of the staff. I feel like there is too much competition for business and that some of the staff resents when other staff members have customers and others don't.
But Karla makes me feel very welcome at the Salon. I highly recommend Karla Melenke.

My bridal party and I went to get our hair done here, as I thought it was a good salon. I was wrong. Not only did they "accidentally" delete two of my bridesmaids appointments, they were already under staffed to finish us on time. Their main updo lady is supposed to be amazing at bridal hair only to find out that she was below average. She rushed through my hair to fit everyone else in and it looked nothing like the picture. In fact, every single one of us had to go home and redo our hair...which took forever. No one was happy!!! My mother went in for a shampoo and style and came out with her hair so puffy she looked like she had just stepped out of a bad version of hair spray. Lastly, they over charged us beyond belief and are refusing to to give us any compensation, they won't even return our phone calls...DON'T GO HERE!! Trust me!!!!
