One yoga is a gorgeous studio tucked away in a little nook across the street from The Wedge Co-op. They offer many different levels and styles of classes each week as well as monthly workshops. The teachers are kind and talented. What puts is ahead of other studios in town, though, is their non-profit status and well-defined mission. They offer more than half of their weekly classes on a pay-what-you-can basis, suggesting $8-10 per class. They also have a great student discount, where students pay just $10 a class. In a time when many people are priced out of yoga, One Yoga's mission shows a powerful dedication to bringing yoga to everyone, regardless of socio-economic status.

I've tried nearly a dozen other studios over the past ten years, and I LOVE it here. It doesn't matter if you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced = there is a class for you! The vibe is all low key, and isn't snotty snotterson at all. After the free class (i think it's offered once/mo.) I purchased the intro one month unlimited and I used it like crazy.

i have been there twice...
at once i have taken the classes from Vinyasa Basics to Ashtanga, The teachers staff are all very good, helpful.
The studio is a large asana room, eco-friendly cork floors, Two changing rooms, with accompanying bathrooms, atmosphare is
very encouraging. i like most classes that contains breathing and relaxation exercises and yoga asanas(postures) & other i like most
pranayama (breathing practices) and meditiation. These classes are challenging and keeping physicaly fit.
Yoga is the best way to get relaxation as well as to increase energy...
so i think this is the nice place for diffrent way to work out....
and one more thing is,most of the time there offers come for us that students can join them at anytime without
pre-ragistering...isn't good for new students...
i think everyone is agree to this Phrase " Health is Wealth"
and i think everyone like having relax life....

I started yoga 4 years ago at One Yoga as a complete "newbie" who knew nothing about yoga and was rather out of shape. At one time or another I've taken all the classes from Vinyasa Basics to Ashtanga. The teachers are all very warm, helpful, accepting - yet give you a good challenge if you are looking for it. The facility itself is beautiful. I've been to several yoga studios and this is still my favorite - the warm orange walls and the fabulous skylight are the best. I highly recommend this studio and its teacher to beginning yoga students through experiences yogis. You'll find all there - all ages, all body shapes, all levels. It's a great place. I've gone from yoga "newbie" to a certified yoga teacher myself who will soon be teaching on the West Coast. Thanks One Yoga. I still miss your studio!!

Pros: Props provided, Natural light, Yoga reading material

Cons: Parking is tight.

Great location with great teachers! Highly recommended, although I don't want to make this place crowded... I like the way it is now.
