This was an awful experience. Office staff appeared unprofessional, and were very rude. The waiting room smelled like cigarette smoke and I waited over 30 minutes for my appointment. I was told I had 4 cavities that needed to be fixed. I have NEVER had a cavity in my life. I got a second opinion from another dentist and I didn't have ANY cavities. They blatantly lied to me in order to make more money.

This business has many dentists who work there which makes getting an appointment easy. The hours are very flexible, and they are usually able to get you in within a day or two of you calling. They do also accept most insurance plans, as well as the state plan for low income families. With all this said I would like to ad that the quality of the dental work is questionable. I have gone there, and had a crown put on which was totally unsatisfactory, it wasn't done right, and had to be redone elsewhere. I have also had fillings which have fallen out soon after. Two of my aunts had her false teeth made there, and they were both WAY to big for their mouths. They looked like they had horse teeth after getting there dentures made there. My third aunt got her dentures elsewhere, and they look great. I WOULD NOT get dentures at the smile center, even if it saves you some money!

PROS: QUICK SERVICE, FLEXIBLE HOURS
CONS: Not quality work.

How often can you call a dentist and get in within a day or so. You are that lucky with the Smile Center. With locations now in Big lake and Savage the benefits can be spread around. The way this works is different. There are not individual exam rooms. The building has 2 winds and each wing has about 6 exam centers but are all open to each other. I had a terible tooth ache and they were able to get me in within a day and take care of the problem that same day. For the most part the staff is great. One complaint I have though is when we took our autistic son in for a check up and he was having problems with them poking in his mouth they continued to call him a bad boy, even after we told they of his problems.

PROS: Quick and efficent
CONS: Not a great maner with children
