This dealership is unlike any other I have dealt with in the past. They are friendly, organized, personable and honest. They treated me like a person, they took care of me and got me everything I asked for in a car, they were honest on my trade in, they were up front with me and went out ended up financing my sale cheaper than any bank I have dealt with. This dealership was loyal to me and I am now loyal to them, I will return for future auto needs to purchase and service.

I had the good fortune of dealing with Diego Acevedo at Walser Nissan. My entire experience with the dealership as well as Diego was first rate! Diego was patient and helpful in the selection of the specific car as well as explaining the various options. He took into consideration our needs. The no bargaining approach of the dealership was a great plus. We ended up with a Nissan Rouge and are very happy with the decision.

My experience with Walser Nissan was great! Mike Rosett patiently helped me through the process of leasing my car. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions so that I could understand (cars aren't exactly my thing). He took into consideration my needs without trying to sell me something unnecessary. Now I'm driving a vehicle that suits me perfectly, and a year later I'm still in love with my car!

We stopped by and didn't know what we ran into. Everyone was so accommodating and nice it was almost scary. Didn't know a car dealer would work as hard as they did to make the sale fit where my wife and I thought our payments needed to be, get the deal we wanted, and the coverage we wanted for the price we could afford. Andrew was a huge reason we hung around and worked with them the first afternoon. Then Jake took over the next day and worked numbers with us to make everything work out. As we worked with the lender to get numbers to where we needed them Jake continued to crunch the number with us and was extremely helpful. We love our new Pathfinder and everyone says we got a great deal, even the loan officer at the bank questioned the price and said that is a great price.

Usually i don't like the "no haggle" dealers, but their no pressure sales and awesome staff, coupled with the low price, sold me! Amanda was able to answer all my questions, and made buying a car fun! i will definitely go back to this dealer in the future.

I recently purchased a new Nissan Juke at the Walser Nissan dealership in Burnsville, MN. Wow, did I ever receive wonderful treatment!! From start to finish and driving away in my new Juke, all of the people at the dealership were friendly and very helpful. I especially want to thank Amanda Black, a Customer Service Specialist, who took so much time to greet me, accompany me on a test drive, and explain in detail all of the specifications of the Juke. She followed up with numerous phone calls to find and customize the Juke just to suit me. She seemed to add many personal touches that made me feel very special. They were knowledgeable, pleasant and enjoyed they work. From the time we stepped onto the lot, everyone there treated us in extremely friendly relaxed manner. Vernon was especially helpful. Consistently steller service. I have never had an unpleasant experience with Walser Nissan service in Burnsville, MN. Service staff are consistently courteous, prompt, respectful, and never intimidating. I always feel comfortable expressing my needs and well attended to within a quick time frame. They are flexible and accommodating to my needs. For example, recently a staff member brought my car around after it was finished as a courtesy since I am 7+ months pregnant, they expressed their concern that I not have to be out in the cold/ice if not necessary. I arrived very early for my service appointment, during a very busy time. I expected to wait, but was pleasantly surprised with only a brief wait and nothing but pleasantries. I highly recommend this service department above all others.

I hate buying cars...It is worse than going to the dentist for me, and that is bad. For the first time in over 35 years I enjoyed the process. I have to credit Amanda Black who made the process not only bearable but actually fun. She new her stuff, and was very honest, and I feel I got a fair price and good value.

After an accident in June my wife had to buy a new car while I was out of town and John Tower at Walser Nissan helped her on site while patiently answering all my questions over the phone. When I was back in the US I was impressed with the purchase but noticed that the roof had a few dents that must have been the result of a hail storm some time ago. Of course I gave my wife a hard time buying a less than perfect vehicle. I was convinced the dealer would now no longer take responsibility but when she called John, there was absolutely no problem. He took the car in for repairs, gave us a rental car free of charge and we have been impressed with our Murano ever since. John followed up with us periodically and so last week I decided to replace my old car and buy from him again. It took all in all 5 days from when I called him to driving my new Altima of the lot. I am also impressed by their efficient service, by their friendliness and their business practices. I have no time to haggle for price, so I love that they state their best price first, how else following the purchase would I know that I truly got the best deal.

We were looking at a possible trade-in on our 2004 Ford Focus and stopped at the Walser Nissan Dealership to look at the Rouge. After meeting my salesperson, Jeremey, we knew we were the right place. He took the time to show us other vehicles and explain the pros/cons to leasing or buying. After taking a test dirve in the Rouge we both felt that this was the correct car to purchase and never felt pressured to make a decision. We are very happy with the Rogue and that is due to the Courteous personel and great Customer Service. We have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car as we just had at Walser Nisson in Burnsville, MN.

My sales rep was nice enough, but aside from showing me how to work the top, I taught him more about the car than the reverse. He mistakenly told me the stereo plays MP3s; it doesn't. They had to replace the brake rotors due to corrosion on a new car, which they did before I bought it. (+) The price was good because of a dealer rebate and a supplier-plan special deal. Their finance girl was definitely not any help to overall customer experience.
Their "one price" doesn't include their own surcharges they'll later tell you about. Their "oil changes for life" claim is misleadingly stipulated on them doing all your other service, at any price they choose.
