Craftsmanship isnt lacking at The Wonderful Muffler Man

by Andrew P.

I asked Ozzy to remove a hacked stock system on my 2008 VW and replace it with a used Milltek system that I purchased from another owner. He welded the system in place perfectly, the rear exit couldnt be lined up better, and the price was more than fair for the amount of work done. Really nice to see business being conducted honestly, and frankly I dont think my experience would have been this great anywhere else in the Twin Cities. Thanks Ozzy

Wonderful Muffler Man is not so wonderful

by Bob B.

I asked for a high performance muffler and he gave me a OEM! I'm out 350.00 dollars and now have to get someone to fix this when I can come up with the money. I'm very upset and depressed my car is running very sluggish. He is very hard to work with and does not like to discuss anything with you. I had a hard time just finding out make and model number of the exhaust he used. If you need someone to fix your old rusty muffler I'm sure he would be great but in my cases I was ripped off and left very disappointed and taken advantage of. I called him a few times and he did not offer to replace it or even seem to really care at all.

First Class

by seth f.

My 98 Camry was loud as hell due to a few holes caused by rotting in the pipes. I was quoted $650 from my dealership. Ozzy took an hour and $73 later the car sounds like brand new. I dont know why anyone goes anywhere else

A Good Shop

by Dave G.

The pipe was busted just ahead of the cat. converter on my '98 Ford Contour and it sounded like a Caterpillar or something. Another shop several miles south said whole system needed to be replaced, over $900! Ozzy fixed what needed fixing for $175, same day, and my Contour purred like a kitten until some dipshit on a cell phone plowed into me and totaled it about a year later. I'll go back to Ozzy for repairs anytime; he really lives up to the name Wonderful Muffler Man.

The Best Place To Go

by Michael S.

I bought a 1985 Toyota Pick up truck as a winter beater, It was missing everything after the Cadiliac Converter. I called around and asked for some Quotes and nothing came close to the $198 price I got. Another thing is Ozzy the "Welder" uses the thickest metal that he can, so hands down your getting a better deal at the Wonderful Muffler Man. This is the 3rd car I have brought there and will never go anywhere else for service....

Great price

by Anonymous

I had a Land Rover muffler replaced. Quoted prices from other mechanics was between $350-$500. Total price from Muffler Man was $130 for custom welding and replacement of just what needed to be replaced, instead of the entire system like some mechanics wanted to do.

Great quality work, super cheap

by Anonymous

Had a leaky muffler, on the resonator on an old Honda Accord. Got multiple quotes on replacements from a couple dealerships and a local shop near me in South Minneapolis. All of them said $300 plus. It's an old car and I didn't want to dump the money in, but was embarrassed by how loud my car was. On referral from a friend, I brought it to the Muffle Man, and he did the work for $68. I've recommended him to everyone I know since and I've never heard anything but good things. Highly Recommended!!
