We've lived in several states and been to a number of vets in the Twin Cities "south" area. We haven't found anyone that can touch this practice for skill, knowledge level, practicality, quality of care, compassion, staff, follow-up, etc. etc. We'd have bumper stickers if they were available.

Start with a veterinarian who is board certified in internal medicine, has worked to create emergency medical services, keeps up to date in her field, is in touch with specialists & researchers all over the country, and more. Then add associates who are excellent as general practitioners but also focus on special areas such as breeding, cardiology, etc. Everyone works together, often with a team approach to treatment, to provide the best possible care. Your pet truly has an advocate. At the same time, they are very practical when it comes to financial concerns & limitations.

We have had a number of pets cared for at Crossroads, If any of the doctors recommended a test or a procedure, we knew it was because they felt it was truly needed. Whenever something was at all "optional" we were advised of the pros and cons and included in the decision making process. When we were dealing with financial limitations, we let them know. Costs associated with treatment were discussed at every step and they worked with us to insure that quality of care was maintained.

We've seen how this practice does general care, care for chronic conditions, geriatric care, and how they approach helping a "dear friend" who is having difficulty making the transition from life. We have had pets that had several extra quality years due to this practice. And we have had the peace of mind of a gentle exit because they were there.

You get so much when you work with Crossroads Animal Hospital and at no greater expense than what we've been charged elsewhere. When it comes to bang for your buck, it would be hard to find a better practice anywhere. We know of some practices in the area that are ver

PROS: Everything you'd want in a veterinary care practice.
CONS: You can't take them with you if you move.

Staff is caring and nice but may recommend lots of tests for your pet without really discussing the $$ first. Great at sending reminder notices to keep your pet up to date on shots etc. Full service clinic including surgery services for small domestic animals. Convenient location right off of 35W and 35E and County Road 42.
