    I am sorry to say I have little good to say about this company. My neurologist prescribed oxygen therapy for my cluster headaches & contracted thru this co. Initial contact was pleasant & quick w/ delivery. Upon attempting to reorder on 2 separate occasions, I was not only met w/ unprofessional, unhelpful staff, no one seemed to even my process my requests unless I called back a second time to inquire/plead my case. The 1st time I called on a Tuesday, stating I need more, they CS rep told me someone will call me tomorrow to schedule delivery. Wed, no call, Thurs, no call. I initiated a call late that afternoon, & asked to speak to the CS rep whom I spoke to on Tues. She did not answer her phone or page. I then asked to speak to someone else, as it was already near the end of the business day & I wanted to make sure there was delivery prior to the weekend. They could not find my request, but the 2nd rep went ahead and had it scheduled for Fri. I thought that this simply was a fluke, but sensed it may be a deeper problem, as she wasn't very alarmed when I told her I was promised a call on Wed, and no one did so. The 2nd interaction was this Wed. I called again & talked the 1st CS rep I had spoke to. I did not give her my name, I simply stated I am calling to reorder more oxygen, and then I paused, as I thought that the logically thing was she were to ask me my customer # or name, but all I encountered was dead air space...I waited 10, 20, 30 seconds, which may not seem like long, but trust me is when you are on the phone, & then I asked, "Are you there?" . She said yes, but she was busy writing and lets out a huge sigh. I cannot imagine what she could have been writing, all I said was I needed more O2. How long does it take to write OXYGEN. She didn't even have my name. I explained I will need more oxygen prior to the long Holiday weekend. I then gave her my name etc..She flat out said, "Didn't we JUST deliver more to you?" I explained to her, that yes, however, my headaches have increased & thus will be out before the long weekend ends. I added I wanted to make sure I did not run out. I then also asked if there would be an issue having it prior by Friday, and she said no & that I will be contacted for delivery. It is now Thursday evening, and none called for a delivery time. I did call my Dr's office to make sure the hold up is not on their end. My Dr is a very busy neurologist, but has a nurse who handles all of this, and she is "Johnny on the Spot". No she has not received a call for authorization.
    My insurance pays fully, so I cannot surmise what the delay may be, but suspect it is business as usual at Reliable Medical.
    I have to further state, I am in sales myself, and these people are doing just that, S E L L I N G. Everyone gets the same professional phone manners from me whether it is a client, potential client or someone I want something from. I was nothing but pleasant with these people.
    She should have been jumping up and down for another $700.00 sale for her company, not scolding me for reordering more oxygen.
    I will need to call tomorrow & see what again may be the reason for no call back or delivery. If you are someone who needs something in a timely matter, I cannot recommend this company.
    The delivery driver was friendly and knowledgeable I will add.
    In these times we live in, w/ jobs at a premium, I would have to think they could find better, more qualified customer service reps, who may have a more pleasant demeanor & people skills. :(

    This is a good location for buying your medical supplies, such as canes, walkers, wheel chairs and CPAP supplies. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Items are expensive but competitive.
