Helzberg Diamonds

In order for the warranty at Helzberg Diamonds to be honored, the ring should of been brought in every 6 mos. for an inspection and cleaning. You must bring in your inspection card with you to any of the many locations and have the card signed off on. Then, the diamond warranty is honored. Was that the case?

I purchased a men's diamond ring from Helzberg's several years ago! Recently one of the smaller diamonds fell out of the setting.I brought the ring to Helzberg's and was told I had to have my warranty before any work could be performed. I drove to our other home, 125 miles away, and found my warranty. I brought the ring and warranty back to Helzberg's and was told my warranty did not cover loss of the diamond.Two years previous the ring was serviced as the prong on tyhe same stone was loose, that service cost me $35.00. Now it was going tgo cost me $218.00 to replace the missing stone. The warranty covered nothing.

CONS: A Helzberg warranty means nothing
