Overview and Expertise provided by
I called Valley Pools to move my 10 year old spa to my daughter's house. They were so helpful taking care of this process. When they arrived they were very efficent. I went in to Valley Pools & Spas to get chemicals for my daughter and ended up purchasing a new hot tub from Christi. I would definitly recommend them to people Thanks for this experience Sonya Timm

The people at VALLEY POOLS AND SPAS in BURNSVILLE, MN will scam you in a huge way, just like they did to my family. They told me what it would take to fix a small portion on the pool wall before installing a new liner, and within a month, the EXACT spot that they "fixed" started caving in. Now they say they "were hoping their fix would hold, but more repair should have been done to start with." Wow - they never once said anything while they were "fixing" it in the first place, and now it's caving in (it wasn't even caving in before their "fix"). They refuse to redo the spot that they ruined. A couple of times they had to quit for the day and said they would come back to work on certain things...and then didn't. Then when I called for them to come back, they added a service charge on each time, as if it was something "new" that I called about. A year later and they have yet to send a diver to straighten the last of the liner wrinkles, even though I asked them about it twice. So, almost 7K (yes, I said SEVEN THOUSAND) later, their so-called repair will end up costing thousands more to fix. To top it off, the first technician that arrived at my house did NOT have a Valley Pools van. Rather, he had some crummy white van, did not wear identifiable clothing or a name tag, and was smoking as he rang the doorbell. Disgusting and extremely unprofessional.
Valley overcharges for EVERYTHING. You can get pool chemicals at Kmart, Menard's, etc. for an incredible difference in price - for the better.
Pros: Absolutely NONE.
Cons: Shady business practices
