A couple years back I picked up a new set of eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses from this Vision World. At the time of my purchase Vision World was one of the few places my eye insurance was accepted, so I was limited in my choices of where to shop or I would have gone somewhere else from the start. I had a present experience with ordering, however when the two pair of glasses arrived, I could never get adjusted to the regular glasses. At the same time the new sunglasses were great. I went back a handful of times asking to confirm the lenses in the regular glasses were correct. Every time I got the same answer, yes they are same and you need to just get used to them. Keep in my mind I have been wearing eyeglasses most of my life and could switch back and forth to other sets without getting a headache.

Finally after multiple headaches I put them in the junk draw at home and continued wearing my old glasses. A couple years go by and I had up coming eye doctor appointment with HealthPartners (new insurance company). So I dug the glasses out of the junk draw and grabbed a copy of my old prescription. My new doctor was able to confirm that the lenses were indeed cut wrong. They were even able to order new lenses and reuse my Vision World frames even though I did not order them from HealthPartners.

I guess I know who I will use for my future purchases from here on out!

Just an okay experience, not a lot of personal customer service they were very busy and felt a little rushed.
