Barnes & Noble

There have been a number of times that I just walked out of the store because they did not have the book that I was looking for. I think that I have better luck when I order 2 books online and get free shipping..... then I get the books that I want. It is a lovely large store, that is one thing.

CONS: Hard to find books that I am looking for

I went to this Barnes and Noble looking for a specific title that was out of stock. The salesperson told me they were expecting a shipment in the next couple days, and had me fill out a form to have them contact me when the shipment arrived. They did not call, and when I called them about it, they had no record of my form. I should have just ordered it online.
