On 05-03-08 I left my car for 3 hours to have the tires balanced for $35.00. \r\n\r\nThey called me and said my tires needed to be replaced. \r\nWell considering they are only 6 months old and I know all about car tires I said no.\r\n \r\nThey also said I should have the alignment checked. \r\nBecause I just had it aligned 2 months ago, the car did not pull to the right or left, and because the steering wheel was perfectly level I also said no? Just balance the tires please. \r\n\r\nWhen I went to pick up my car I immediately noticed one of my wheels was missing my nice shiny chrome lug nuts had been replaced with two heavily corroded and rusty lug nuts, and 3 new brass ones.\r\nAt first the manager Tom Reisdorf said the caps had fallen off my lug nuts and they were mine, until I pointed out all my lug nuts are chrome, corrosion free, and have a different manufacturer stamp. \r\nThen he admitted they were obviously not the ones I came in with and agreed to order me a new set because mine had mysteriously disappeared.\r\n\r\nWhen I drove off the lot I immediately noticed my car was now pulling hard to the left, and my steering wheel was no longer even close to being level. I was way out of alignment. \r\nI called the manager and told him my new issue and he said maybe I should have the tires rotated again? ?I don?t think so,? I said.\r\n\r\nI after having my car inspected by a mechanic the next day, it was apparent because of some nice fresh tool marks that my alignment had been adjusted. Not for the better. \r\n\r\nAgain I called the manager Tom Reisdorf about my issues. \r\nHe then denied that they told me I needed new tires or maybe they were mistaken if they had called. \r\nHe also said they never touched the alignment. (must have been gnomes I guess). \r\nAnd lastly recanted that I was given the wrong lug nuts and he only agreed to order me a new set because he was feeling generous that day.\r\n\r\nI am now working with the corporate office to rectify this mess.
