This business is, by far, the best place I have ever been. It's hard enough being a woman taking a vehicle in for repairs, but knowing they are here puts my mind at ease. I've been taking my cars to them whenever I needed work for the last year, and I am never going anywhere else again.\n\nA perfect example is what happened on Monday to me. My car stalled on Mesaba/Central Entrance, and would not start. It had backfired and stalled, and I had assumed the worst. A blown cylinder? Crap, I knew I bought a junker. ;) I had my car towed and left there for two days as I went out of town for a conference.\n\nI receive a call telling me that the issue was when the ignition coil was replaced, the old seal for the electrical connector was left in, and caused a bad connection. Now, they could have said something a lot worse had happened, and charged me an arm and a leg, but they didn't. I came back from Minneapolis, two days later, to a $41 repair bill and a huge smile on my face.\n\nI absolutely love this place, and have been recommending it to everyone who mentions car repair. The mechanic that's been working on my cars is Adam - he's absolutely awesome. \n\nKeep up the good work guys. Never in my life have I walked out of a mechanics with a smile on my face after having work done.

An auto mechanic named Patrick had such a poor attitude that I have taken my business elsewhere. The other mechanics are great. Patrick talks down to customers and gets short with people. I am not 100% convinced he does a good job. A bad attitude translates into lack of pride in work and ultimately shoddy work.

Having spent $$$ with a local dealer (until wising up), I have found that Mike and those at AutoMedics far surpass the quality, care and service provide by the ""chain"" dealer. I would highly recommend all types of service from AutoMedics.

Cons: Non that I've found

I love Automedics! I got a quote from a chain to do some work on my car, and it was outrageous. Someone recommended Automedics and it saved me hundreds of dollars. I've taken my car there several times and have always been really happy with the work, the level of service, and the price. It's a small, locally-owned and operated business.
