This clinic is not ok. The nurses and most of the doctors are ok, but don't follow up on some problems. The wait times are terribly long.......I have never been to a clinic where I have to wait so long to see a doctor. The problem is they take so many "walk-in" patients, they get behind. Even when you have an appointment, you end up waiting forever!!!!! The receptionists are very nice and thourough. The pharmacy is extremely overpriced!!!!!!! You can get the same drugs at the local drugstores, or discount stores much cheaper - sometimes when I compared prices, the clinic pharmacy was 2 and 3 times higher in their pricing. Their scales are off - I went to 2 different doctors 2 times in 1 week. The scale on the 4th floor registered my weight; 2 days later, the scale on the 2nd floor registed my weight as 60 lbs lighter. YES, 60 lbs!!! The stupid doctor siad "oh good, you've lost some weight I see". I said I think your scales are off, as it's been 2 days and I didn't lose 60 lbs in 2 days. He said "oh my, we'll have to fix that". They never did. I told the nurses on my next visit, and even went up to the 4th floor to compare my weights, and it was still off by 60 lbs. THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING ABOUT THIS!! with medications, a large weight error could be deadly.........but this clinic never addressed or fixed the problem. Even 6 months later, I did the 2nd floor and 4th floor scale to see if they were fixed, and they were STILL 60 lbs off!!!!!!!! Now I go to a different clinic.
