I thought they were very friendly and ready to help me out. Maybe a little high priced, but the costumes there are fantastic. You can't find costumes like thsese in your local Wal-mart.

overpriced and rude

I wouldn't recommend going here. The person who helped me was cocky and rude. Plus their prices were very high. Yes, they have a large selection of costumes and supplies, but at twice the price of elsewhere!
