Rude customer service, Rude employees, I went in there for an ATV 2 years ago and nobody would help me, very rude! I ended up buying a Kawasaki Brute Force from a private party. Then this year I went in for asnowmobile part. The parts guy was a complete smart a**! He was completely a condescending jerk! I will never go back there, or tell anyone to go there! Stay Away!!!

On March 12, 2008, I purchased a 2006 Arctic Cat TRV (two rider vehicle) 400cc from Heinen and Mason. The total cost including tax and license was $5566.98. It was a new vehicle with zero miles on it. When I brought it home, it leaked gasoline, so I returned it for repair. They repaired it, but before I could pick it up, they had a fire which destroyed several vehicles.
I was told that my TRV was destroyed, and that I couldn??t see it because it already been removed from the premises. I patiently awaited settlement from their insurance company, Associated Financial Group. Their representatives, Matt Warhol (651-582-0343) and Angela Wheeler (952-945-0200) played a never ending game of stalling and blaming each other for not knowing anything concrete about my claim.
On July 24, 2008, I purchased a 2008 Arctic Cat TRV 500cc from Heinens for a total of $6661.99. This was the cheapest ??new? two rider vehicle I could find anywhere during the peak of the riding season. I had already missed half of the summer, and assumed that eventually I would get a refund.
In August, they decided they had repaired the original machine and wanted me to take it back, now that the riding season was over. In December, Paul Heinen (763-425-2178) decided that since I was such a good customer, and had purchased 5 vehicles from them, they would give me $4,000 credit toward the purchase of a new machine. I guess it had depreciated during the 10 months it??s been in their possession.
At the very least, I would like my $5566.98 back. I could use some help dealing with these people. Incidentally, you can find others who have unsuccessfully dealt with Heinen??s by searching ??Arcticchat heinen?. I would greatly appreciate any help you could offer. Thank you very much!

Sincerely, Jeffrey S. Olson

I have a 1983 Yamaha motorcyle that I purchased used that needed some work. Heinen Yamaha was the only place around that would even look at my bike. Good labor rates and a fairly quick turn around on repairs (in the off season). They also offer a good selection of new bikes and ATV's along with all the accessories. Winter storage is available as well for a decent rate.
