HORRIBLE service. Long story short, we brought my wife's car to them as they stated they would repair it under warranty if we paid another $100+ for a scan on a recalled airbag part that was replaced once and went bad again on her 2002

The service was GREAT. The services staff is well informed and easy to deal with. I will continue to use White Bear Acura. I have some rust on the hood of my 2001 MDX, I have had it repainted, however, the rust came back. If you know where I may find a used hood in good condition with no rust, please let me know. I would like to replace the hood on my 2001 MDX with a hood that does not have a history of rusting

White Bear Acura consistently delivers outstanding service. The car is done on time and they have always done the job right. No high pressure sales trying to push service you don't need. Two years in a row, after 60,000 miles, I took my 2000 TL in for brakes. Both times they told me I didn't need them!

The people in the parts department are great too. When my daughters car developed a break problem at college, the gentleman in the parts department diagnosed the problem and sold me a $30 master cylinder cap. It solved the problem. The local dealer wanted over $300 just to check it out.

They get all my service business from now on! They even do all the service work on my wife's Lexus!

Our car keys were stolen and we had to have our whole car re-keyed. We ordered parts from them and made an appointment to have the car rekeyed two days after they said the parts were in. We got to our scheduled appointment and waited over an hour before someone came out and told us that the parts weren't in yet, and had to reschedule for a week later. They quoted us at $400 for parts, $100 for labor, but when I brought the car in the second time, they re-quoted labor as $600! in addition to the $400 parts we had already ordered from them. Every time we called, there was complete chaos on the other end of the line. I am SO unhappy with their aptitude, attitude, and apparent inability to make a reasonable estimate! We live near the WB subaru, but from now on will drive to Bloomington to get the car worked on, and will go out of my way to discourage people from using the WB service center. AVOID WB's SERVICE CENTER unless you totally want to have your mental will-power and pocketbook drained.

I bought my Subaru at White Bear Subaru. Wonderful car, good service department. I've had my car serviced here for the past six years and couldn't be more satisfied. They do good work and I know they will stand behind the work. Nice waiting area and the service reps are very professional and willing to explain problems.
