I was not able to fly a segment of my flight to Nepal. I had tyo pay again at the airport. They don't claim responsibility what so ever. Its been 2 months and they don't return calls. Hung up on me. I asked for something in wrrtiten from them and they and trying to run away from me. No customer service whatsoever. Please Stay away. There are tons of other agents in the market.

This a small office loacted on the washington ave and you can miss it if you drive too fast. They have a friendly service and will give you nice travel rates. I have used in the past to book air tickets and I got very nice deals. These were international flights. The gave me the options and tenatively put a hold on a seat until I made up my mind. You will receive your tickets promplty. A lot university students use them for international travel and I guess thats why they offer reasonable airfare.
