Horrible customer service! They were very short on the phone and communicated poorly on the status of a repair. I would NOT recommend working with H&H.

Brought in our Samsung TV for repair last week. Was called within 3 days with the estimate and had the set back to me within 5 days of dropping it off at their location. Pleased with turn-around time and cost of repair. Highly recommended!

I saw the reviews this company had here and was afraid -- I had no choice because I'd been sent to this company by the company managing defunct Circuit City warranties.

These guys are GREAT! The original appointment was for tomorrow. A guy called today and asked if he could do it today. Sure, I said. He talked with me to isolate the problem and suggested he'd be able to fix it on-site, between 2 and 4 p.m. At 3, a guy arrived. He took the box apart, found the problem, showed it to me, and had my TV in working order 10 minutes after he arrived.

I give H&H my unqualified top rating.

Avoid this repair shop unless you want nothing but broken promises.
After five months of not fixing my tv and then loosing it in a break in I only received half the purchase cost from their insurance company.
This is what I was told the tv was worth.
Not a good way to do business.

I had a great experience with H&H Tv and Electronics. I called on a monday (actually on sunday but they were closed) I was led thru some things for me to try first that made me feel like they knew what they were talking about. When it didn't fix the problem, they scheduled a call the next day. A very nice gentleman came on time and Proceeded to have the exact part needed for the repair. He was able to repair my Lcd tv, and the price was less than I thought it may be from calling other servicers around town. I would recomend to anyone this company whenever you have a problem with your TV.

I bought extended contract for my SAMSUNG 52'' year ago at the Circuit City, my LCD is 2nd top of the line at a time, and everything seem to work perfectly until problem start surfacing. OK, I called the service and have a high hope that I'm covered and the vendor will taken care of my TV. Indeed the lady have told me I??m already taken care of so nothing to worry (What a nice promise!)

1st time they came and told me my TV had problem with T-COM board??! and left (OK, it looks good I trusted their professional services)

Week later, they came back with couple boards, installed but all failed (Good grief, same thing again) then they told me I will have their answer in 24 hour but they never call me back (Damn it, my guts begin to tell me if they??re really a professional vendor)

Another 2 more weeks patiently waiting and after couple phone calls, this time a guy assured me we'll be OK and said they already have all the parts they needed and the same guy came back on 4/27/09 and tried again. After installed 3 boards it seems to work for couple minutes and the guy told me my TV had problem with the power supply and that he told me he fixed hundred of the TV but never experience such an issue, well I thought he fixed it anyway (Wow!) so we put the TV back on the wall. At 10:30 pm we turned the TV on again and this time we??re VERY UPSET AND ANGRY. I personally felt very frustrated and ask myself can I trust this vendor (Since 1955 is what they claimed)? that nothing is fixed or it even worst

Closed to a month without solution for the problem and service becomes even worst: Contact them now become the hunting game. A return called just came and they ask to take my TV to their shop otherwise I'll live with the broken TV. Man, who know how long it??ll take them to fix it but if they can I??ll give it to my kids for game

I made an appt a week in advance I was first one scheduled for that day. Someone was to be at my home between 10 and noon. I started calling at 1130 to see what the ETA was, the guy answering the phone was RUDE. and told me the person had to do work in the shop before coming to my house. I called back and tried to cancel he wouldn't let me. The repairman showed up at 1145, Over the phone I was Quoted that the service call was $89.95 and then Tony had quoted me 450/550. The repairman told me 600/650! He called up Tony and asked him what he quoted and basically didnt tell me anything he hurried and grabbed the part out of my tv wrote a receipt and bolted! This whole experience made me think that buying a new Television would of been much cheaper and less of a hassle.

I have a Sony Lcd television that went out and needed repair. When I called Best Buy, I was on hold and automated attendant hell, and when someone actually answered all I got was the run around with them saying if I didn't buy the product from them or the extended warrantee they would not help me. Then I went on the internet and looked for service with Sony's website and found multiple companies some did not even answer the phone only got an answering machine and some I could only schedule a call thru the internet and not even have a number to call if problems or a question. But when I called H & H Tv Somebody actually answered the phone and I didn't get a answering machine. They asked a couple of questions and then, scheduled service and were out within 24 hours. A man came out, was very professional and very patient with us, and fixed it in my home. H&H was reasonable in their fee too. I am So glad there are still some companies out there that are family bussinesses and treat the customer with respect and care. thank you H&H for your prompt and friendly service. I'll definetly recomend you to anyone and everyone I know who needed television service!

Had some static on my 50' plasma so I call Circuit City to service it, per my service agreement with them. They farmed the work to these guys. H&H called me to schedule a visit. Since Circuit City didn't mount my TV they said it would cost me $75 to take off the wall and another $75 to put it back up.

When the guy came out he stared at the TV picture for about one minute and finally declared "You have a burned out pixel". I thought that was strange since I didn't notice it and it didn't have anything to do with the problem I had reported. He said he'd have to take the TV back to his workshop, order a new panel and return with it. He said it would take about 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks I called to check on the status. He said that they are having problems with the vendor getting the part needed but they were on the phone and should have an update the next day. Called next day, no update but they would call me the next day. After no calls for 3 days, I called again. Now they say they are still having "communication problems" with the vendor but his Mom would be calling the vendor again today.

Needless to say I'm not very optimistic I'm going to see my TV anytime soon. After reading the reviews for this company on CitySearch I want to call Circuit City and see if they can find someone else to service my TV.

I brought my 42" LCD in there 4 weeks ago, It went it for the red blinking light. I got it back about 2 weeks later, It had a blue hue and red hue issue. they stated it needed a "light engine" well now they've had it 5 weeks and counting. I would not bring another item to these people even if SONY themselves tell me to go there and give them a platinum rating!!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!! They told me I had no warranty on the light engine! I had another year on the warranty for it!!! THEIVES!!!

I brought my tv in to H&H to get repaired because it would not turn on. They charged me $75 to tell me it would cost about $1,200 to fix it (which is more than the cost of the TV itself). I should have known by simply looking at the place when I dropped the tv off, it's a complete dump.

I was assigned these guys to fix my 42 inch TV. It has taken them 3 weeks to get out to my place and when they "fixed" it, I had to call right back to Circuit City to get them out again. Very Rude, I think they flat out lie to you and I would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I was assigned to use this company to repair my 53" tv by circuit city warranty. (Circuit city was great to work with) I was told by this company that it would be at least two weeks to come out and repair my tv and that I should call Circuit city to have someone else repair it. Circuit city called them and said I would get an appointment earlier then 2 weeks away and told me to call and set up an appointment. So I called and was told that they won't be able to set up an appointment because the repair person hurt his back. I run my own company and if I ran it like this I would be out of business! Circuit City reassigned my repair to a respectable company.

Slow, expensive, poor service. Don't go here.

Brought my sony 36" TV in (275 pounds by the way) because they wouldn't come to my home. A month later it was "done". Got it home same problem. A week later they came out (although they said they didn't) and re-replaced board in TV. Took 10 minutes. A while later I tried the picture-in-picture and that didn't work. I called and they told me to bring it in. I said I wouldn't and they said that I was stuck. I guess I don't need PIP anyway...
