I recently moved to Burnsville and by recommendation, I took my daughter to Southdale Pediatrics for a horrible winter cold she had. The scale they used to weigh her (different than most because she is 21 months) was very much out of date. Also, this morning I have been calling for the last 25 minutes to make another appt. for my daughter and I have heard nothing but the busy tone. This is ridiculous. Before moving to Burnsville, I brought my daughter to CentraCare Clinic in St. Cloud which in my mind, is much better than Southdale Pediatrics. Technology is new, staff is friendler, atmosphere is much more open and the waiting rooms/dr. rooms are cleaner. To top it all off, my Dr. did NOT wash her hands before beginning the check-up.

Great doctors, clean offices and nice staff. I feel like the doctors listen and really do care about the patients. They provide valuable information regarding development expectations for children.
