We have been bringing our pet there for eight years and the doctors and staff are just wonderful. They are always so caring and gentle with the animals, and patient answering our many questions. We just had our dog there for teeth cleaning and the procedure was everything we were looking for - high quality anesthetic, more than one person in the room, IV catheter for fluids (per our request), pain management, pre-op bloodwork, etc. To top it off, it wasn't very expensive. A very positive experience every time we are there. I highly recommend them!

As we chose Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital as the vet for our new puppy, we relied heavily upon the online reviews that rate many of the local veterinary clinics in our area. Virtually every review for Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital was a praising and positive review. We would like to confirm the positive experiences expressed in these reviews and add our own heaps of praise onto the pile.
Dr. Mergener has consistently offered thorough and detailed examinations when necessary, and she does a very good job of taking sufficient time to explain the situation with our puppy. You truly get the sense that this is a person who cares deeply about animals and that she will do her best to help them. Furthermore, the atmosphere in the clinic is spirited and jovial, due in large part to the friendly staff of technicians.
We cannot say enough about the care we and our pet have received at Broadway Robbinsdale Animal Hospital, and we recommend them to anyone in the area looking for an honest, caring vet.

We've tried other vets over the years and have been treated rudely or like walking ATM's-not here! All the staff here are kind, courteous and really love animals..and their owners! Dr's Baker and Mergener are very competant and caring and I trust them implicitly. B.R.A.H. is what all vet care should be like.

My bulldog was having some bladder issues and after over $500 at another vet there was no change. My mom (who owns great danes, VERY hard to find a good vet for them) recommended Dr. Baker. He found that the bladder problems were due to puppy vaginitis and told us to let her go through her first heat. It's a good thing we went to Dr. Baker because the other vet was going to spay her the following week! Now she is doing great and we still see Dr. Baker.

We just took our dog to get checked out. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. They seemed like they genuinely liked animals and were very kind. The prices were very reasonable. The outside of the building seems a little run down, but once you are on the inside, it doesn't matter.

We've been going to Broadway Animal Hospital for 20 years. Their prices are very reasonable and I trust their judgement. Several years ago, when we moved we tried another vet. That vet charged double and pushed for unnecessary treatments. When we got a new kitten that became ill, the new vet claimed there was nothing to do but put it to sleep. We got a second opinon at Broadway. One shot and the kitten was well. It lived for thirteen years. Now we only go to Broadway.

I've taken my dogs and cats to Dr. Baker for years. I have never had a bad experience yet. It's the only place I trust and I know the staff who work there all love animals and would never mistreat a animal of any kind. I've had to put two beloved pets to sleep and the staff and Dr. Baker made the experience as good as it could be. They allowed us the time alone we needed, didn't rush us, treated our pets with care and love, and didn't make us feel bad for bawling like babies. The prices are the best I've seen and they always follow up on your pet after surgery to make sure they are doing well. All I can say is when Dr. Baker retires it will be a sad day for me and my pets!

We have been faithful clients of Dr. Baker's for 15 years. He has taken great care of our shelties, Lady and Cheyenne. And yes, the staff loves animals. They are all very professional and kind. They have set up appointments at the last minute and the prices are very reasonable. You can't ask for a more caring group of care providers.

I've been taking my dog for regular checkups and shots since he was a puppy and have never been dissapointed. Staff is courteous, knowledgable and helpful. Rates are quite reasonable compared to other vets I have been to as well.

Just want to let everyone know that this is the BEST pet hospital in the world.We have been going here for at least 25 years and the staff has taken awesome care of all the pets that we have had.They are kind caring loving and very supportive of your pets.I have told so many people about this place they have all starting taking there pets and would never change and cant believe how wonderful they are. Thanks for all the love and care you have given to all of our pets.

We have brought our cats here for a long time and have never been disappointed with the care or service. The prices are very competetive and they really care. They take the time play with your pet and calm them if they are nervous-- They don't just poke and prod. If an overnight stay is required they make them very comfortable and take time to call and keep you updated! I have never seen such involved Vets before and recommend them highly!

The staff here is great. They always greet me with a warm hello and smiles. They are very knowledgable and answer all our questions as best as they can. The prices are a little high, which would be nice if they were lower. I would highly recommend coming here. Very nice people!

These are kind and knowledgable professionals.
When I had to put my late husbands dog to sleep they all signed and sent me a sympathy card.
Also my daughter had a cat that had kidney problems that were being treated unsuccesfully by her vet and quite pricey as well. I suggested she take her here and she is alive and well today years later.
