RSC is a wonderful place to get hair highlighted. However, I would not recommend going there to get a haircut or to get nails done. The one time that I got a haircut, the stylist cut it WAY too short and it turned out horribly. Also, to get your nails done it costs about the same as a salon, but it isnt quite as good.

I come to the SOC all the time for my hair highlighting. They have never messed up in any way on my hair. Their prices are way cheaper than any other hair coloring place in the area. Everytime I have visited, I have had a very friendly stylist work on my hair. They generally seem interested in you and make the long process much more bearable.
