Just to clarify, this began in late March. It is now the middle of July. Still unresolved.
Brought a brand new shirt in to be pressed. Came back with a large magenta stain on the front. I brought it in and asked to have them remove the stain they put in. They attempted to remove the stain three times (over the course of a month). Finally, I asked to be reimbursed for the shirt. I was told by a woman at the counter that "um, I'm pretty sure we're not responsible." Interesting. Who is? I was then told that the "owner" would try himself to remove the stain. The manager actually had the nerve to say to me "you know, it's not as if we are dry cleaning with Kool-Aid back here," as if to accuse me of putting the stain on the shirt. Remember, this is a brand new shirt. I am very picky, and look over every piece of clothing I purchase for signs of damage or stains. I asked if the "strong solvents" the "owner" would use to try and remove the stain would destroy the shirt. I was told "that would be counter-productive, now wouldn't it?" Really? I thought it was a valid question, and did not expect to be answered with a glib, smart-ass remark. I demanded to speak with the owner, only to be told that they did not know the number. I responded, "You don't know the number, or you don't know if a number exisits?" She had no clue. Fast forward two months and numerous phone messages, and I am still waiting to hear from the owner. I don't quite know what else to do. I was told, however, that the owner is aware of the problem. Successful businesses are built by great customer service and satisfaction. Mistakes happen in pressing a shirt. I understand. However, if you don't have the nerve to talk to a dissatisfied customer and remedy a bad situation , don't run a business.

This place ruined my little sister's wedding dress. My mother and I had to stay up till 3 AM sewing it BACK together becuase all of the connections in the train that made it ruffle had been broken. We discovered this so late because they were late in returning the dress from being pressed. They couldn't get it to us until the DAY BEFORE the wedding. But we worked with them and picked it up. The two guys at the front counter told us to look over the dress but don't let the train down until right before the wedding.. maybe trying to hide the damage. Thank GOD we decided to have her try it or she would have gone down the aisle with half a dress!

She tried to call them that night but they have no after hour service or message system, the next morning she couldn't get ahold of them before the wedding, she was finally able to contact them right before she went on her honeymoon and they said it's fine for her to call after she returns. But when she did she got a woman on the phone who told her in no uncertain terms that it was our fault the dress was damaged and that we picked it up late, were trying to trick the dry cleaners and that she got lots of girls trying to get money back after wearing something. Since we were not asking for money back but were concerned about this happening again to someone else this was uncalled for! She told us we were lying and that she had witnesses that we looked over the dress very throughly before leaving. We offered to bring the dress in so they could see what we were talking about and she said it was not their policy to 'review' their dry cleaning jobs and we should just let it go. So we called the owner who said he'd talked to his employee and she'd obviously covered herself and told him we REFUSED to bring the dress in and that we were being unreasonable.

If you value your clothes DON'T go here. Their Customer Service is criminal.

My husband used to take all our drying cleaning here. We were regular customers. Then one time they damaged one of my husbands expensive shirts. It was such a bad mark that was left on the clothing either from pressing or washing, that the shirt was unwearable for work purposes. The store refused to compensate in any way. They lost our business with that attitude.

PROS: Location is handy
CONS: Won't accept responsibility for ruining clothing
